Your match schedule shows all upcoming and past matches for your team in the current season. Matches are scheduled by staff at the start of each match week — you do not choose your match time.
All match times on the platform are displayed in Eastern Time (ET). If you are in a different time zone, convert accordingly. Check before match day, not five minutes before check-in.

Where to view your schedule

You have two easy ways to find your matches: Dashboard showing a match card with team names, match time in ET, and a Check In button that becomes active 30 minutes before the match

Regular season vs. playoff schedule

  • Regular season weeks are scheduled by staff at the start of the season. Each team typically plays one match per week.
  • Playoffs are single-elimination (or another format announced by staff) and are scheduled after regular season standings are finalized. Playoff schedules are announced in Discord and on the Seasons page.
Mark your match dates on a personal calendar as soon as the schedule is published. Missing check-in is a forfeit, and “I forgot” is not a valid reason for a reschedule.

Rescheduling a match

Rescheduling must be agreed upon by both managers and approved by staff. To request a reschedule:
  1. Contact the opposing manager in Discord and agree on a new time.
  2. Both managers message #reschedule-requests in the C3 Esports Discord with the original match time and the agreed new time.
  3. Staff confirm or deny the reschedule.
Do not assume a reschedule is approved until staff confirm it. Matches that are not officially rescheduled will be treated as occurring at the original time — if your team does not check in, it is a forfeit.
